Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and consulting services purchased from marketinglisitsa.com.
1. GENERAL
1.1. All purchases are processed via WayForPay, a Ukrainian payment processing service. Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
1.2. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are subject to the conditions set out below.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Online courses and digital guide bundles:
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that BOTH of the following conditions are met:
- You have not downloaded any bonus PDFs, templates, or supplementary materials included with the course; AND
- You have completed no more than 1 module of the course content.
2.2. Standalone PDF guides and downloadable products:
Due to the nature of digital downloadable content, refunds are NOT available once the file has been delivered to your email or downloaded. If you have not yet accessed the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2.3. Consulting services:
Refund requests for consulting sessions must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If the Contractor cancels the session, a full refund will be issued.
3. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS
After 7 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of usage or access.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, send an email to contact.lisitsa@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number (found in your WayForPay purchase confirmation email)
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via WayForPay and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital products. By purchasing and accessing digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
6. CHARGEBACKS
We strongly encourage you to contact us at contact.lisitsa@gmail.com BEFORE initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in additional administrative fees and immediate termination of access to all purchased products.
