This Privacy Policy describes how Maryna Lisichenko, Natural Person — Entrepreneur (“we”, “us”, “the Controller”), collects, uses, and protects personal information of visitors and customers of marketinglisitsa.com (the “Website”).

By using the Website or purchasing our products, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1. Information you provide directly:

  • Name and email address (when you fill out forms or make a purchase)
  • Country of residence (for tax compliance)

1.2. Payment information:

We do NOT collect or store payment card details. All payments are processed by WayForPay (wayforpay.com), a Ukrainian payment service provider. 1.3. Information collected automatically:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the Website
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)

1.4. Course platform data:

If you purchase a course, your name and email are passed to Kwiga (kwiga.com), our course hosting provider, to grant you access to the course materials. Your progress and activity within the course are processed by Kwiga in accordance with their privacy policy.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To deliver products and services you have purchased
  • To grant you access to courses and digital downloads
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • To process payments and refunds (via WayForPay)
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Ukrainian law
  • To analyze and improve the Website (via aggregated, anonymized analytics)

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)

  • Banking and financial institutions — for receiving payouts
  • Government authorities — when required by Ukrainian law

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

5. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for:

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. CHILDREN

The Website and our products are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
